MEET LIZA

Mary Elizabeth (Liza) Quail is a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial negotiations. With experience on Bay Street since 2016, Liza has advised businesses big and small across a broad range of sectors.

Prior to founding MEQ Law, Liza practiced corporate law in capital markets on Bay Street.

Liza was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, holds a juris doctorate from the University of Windsor (class of 2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of British Columbia (class of 2013).

Liza is based in her hometown, Toronto, Ontario.
